RULES & CONDITIONS
The Official Rules and Regulations of The Arc North Florida Mountain View 2013 Benefit Get-A-Way are set forth below. By entering the Arc Mountain View 2013 Benefit Get-A-Way, all entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and Regulations, waive any right to claim ambiguity in the entry or these Official Rules and Regulations, and further agree to be bound by The Arc North Florida, Inc. decisions and interpretation of these Official Rules.
ELIGIBILITY: Anyone 18 years of age or older may enter.
ENTRY: By entering this benefit Get-A-Way, entrants accept and agree (1) to be bound by all the rules, limitations and restrictions set forth herein, and (2) that their names and/or likeness may be disclosed to and used by the news media and may, otherwise, be used by The Arc North Florida for publicity purposes. The winners name and/or likeness may be published in media and announced on The Arc North Florida, Inc website.
The Arc North Florida, Inc. interpretation and application of the rules and regulations shall be final. By entering the benefit Get-A-Way, each participant releases The Arc North Florida, Inc., its employees, founders directors, officers, agents or any sponsors, service agencies, members, representatives, or any of its affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by participating in or winning any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.
The winner also agrees to defend, indemnify and hold The Arc North Florida, Inc. and/ or its employees, founders directors, officers, agents, sponsors, service agencies, members, representatives, or any of its affiliates, identities harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Get-A-Way or the winners acceptance or use of any prize.
The Arc North Florida Inc. will not share, sell, or otherwise distribute personal information collected by sponsor except as stated above. Void where prohibited by law, no contribution necessary. Entries without donations will only be accepted if following conditions are followed: hand written on 3”x5” index card using blue ink. Include; title of event, entrants full name, address, phone and email. One entry per household for mail in entry; a self-addressed stamped envelope must be included with your mailed entry.
ENTRY RECEIPT TICKETS: Tickets are $5.00 each (U.S Dollars), $10 for three (3) tickets, $25 for ten (10) suggested minimum donations.
Tickets may be purchased online by using the order form provided on the website, www.arcnfl.com. Online entry payment methods accepted are credit cards or echecks via PayPal.
Tickets may be purchased by mail, must be accompanied by a check or money order only.

Last day to mail entry form is April 28 , 2013. Tickets may not be purchased via email or voicemail.
The Arc North Florida, Inc. is not responsible for any loss of tickets or payments due to mail failures or online entry failures due to computer breakdown or glitches. if a ticket receipt is not received within 10 business days following the date of entry.
As soon as payment clears, your ticket(s) request will be processed. You will receive a ticket receipt in the mail.
All tickets purchased before the entry deadline will be included in the drawing even if the ticket receipt arrives after the drawing date. Each ticket can only be purchased in the name of one person. If more than one name appears on a ticket entry form, then the first name listed will be deemed the purchaser of that ticket.
The Arc North Florida, Inc. will reject any ticket order if the check or credit card payment is not honored or returned for insufficient funds. The ticket receipt(s) will be mailed to the name and address on the entry form
REFUNDS: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
TWO GRAND PRIZE DRAWINGS: The Arc North Florida Mountain View Get-A-Way drawing will be held on May 3, 2013 following the scheduled 2013 Benefit Golf Tournament in Lake City, FL. If the Benefit Golf Tournament is postponed to a later date, the drawing will be postponed to that date but no later than May 28, 2012. You are not required to be present to win.
PRIZE DETAILS: The Arc North Florida, Inc. and Mountain View Rentals have agreed to offer two (2) separate prizes. Each prize will be a one week stay in a cabin owned by Mountain View Rentals.
All reservations and details will be arranged and handled through Mountain View Rentals. www.rentwesternnc.com
Winners agree to abide by all requirements to stay in a Mountain View rental cabin. This prize must be arranged within six months after the drawing date and must be taken within 12 months following the drawing date, unless otherwise approved through Mountain View Rentals. If prize is not used in posted time, it is forfeited and will not be compensated in any way.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: The Winners will be notified the next business day following the drawing by phone, email or US mail based on information provided in the entry form. If The Arc North Florida, Inc. is unable to contact the winner(s) within 30 days following the drawing date, that ticket will be void and another name will be drawn to win the prize. Winning ticket numbers will be posted on the website within three (3) business days following the drawing.
