 Mr. Ed Barthel & Mr. Dan Calabrese presented CCS with a donation of over $750 from the Annual Tootsie Roll Drive put on by Knights of Columbus Council 9720.
Knights of Columbus and CCS clients received permission from local grocery stores to stand out front and ask for donations. In return, donors received a Tootsie Roll. The local Knights of Columbus continue this annual event in an effort to raise money for CCS clients and programs.
CCS Program Director, Debbie Lee commented “The individuals served who participated in this year’s tootsies roll drive thoroughly enjoyed meeting community members while helping give back to CCS.”
